1 Serving (40ml)
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 40 ml brewed Happy Bean Cuban Espresso
- 1 tsp White Sugar
- 100 ml Semi-Skimmed Cold Milk
- Milk frother
- Cappuccino cup or mug
To start, prepare 40 ml Happy Bean Cuban Espresso and pour it into the cup.
Froth the milk in a pitcher using a milk frother.
If you have the Barista device: Pour cold milk to the minimum level indicated, then close the lid and press the “ON” button on your appliance.
Pour the foam over the coffee.
